Birdhouses are like people houses in that they require regular maintenance* in order to hold up to the weather, but keeping your birdhouse in good condition doesn't have to be a chore.

For the grand total of only $10 we will clean out and repaint your large Henriedda Crafters birdhouses when they start to suffer the effects of the weather. On top of that, we will even repaint the small Henriedda Crafters birdhouses for free. You ain't gonna find a better deal than that.

Turn around time for reconditioning a large birdhouse is around 1-3 weeks.
If you are only going to be passing through and can't wait that long, perhaps you'd like to trade in your old large birdhouse toward the purchase of a new large birdhouse. Depending on its condition, an old birdhouse can help save you as much as 25% on the purchase of a new one.

When you do decide to bring in your birdhouse for CPR (Cleaning, Painting, or Repair), make sure you wait until after the first frost. This way we can be sure you are not disturbing the birds, and it also takes care of any insects that may be living in the house.

*Your birdhouse should be cleaned out every year or at least every two years.

The following will void our warranty:

1. Failure to clean out the birdhouse for more than 2 years.

2. Painting or staining the birdhouse or feeder with Oil-based paint or stain. We can do nothing for the house or feeder if this is done. You can't paint over oil-based with latex and latex is all that we use. (Its better for the birds as well)

We can not repair a birdhouse that has rotted from the inside because it was not cleaned out for 4 years!
